Ingredients:
Preparation:
200 gram of yeast and 10kg of rice to make 15 liters of alcohol.
Steps:
- cook the rice with a rice cooker.
- once the rice is cooked, scoop it out to any clean, flat surface and mix with yeast.
- move the mixture to a big container; cover it completely to ensure the fermentation process.
If you’re making alcohol in:
- Summer: wait 32 - 36 hours after to add more water.
- winter: wait 38 - 42 hours after to add more water.
How much water you add?
- For every 1kg of rice, add 2 liters of water.
**Always cover the container completely once you’re finished adding water.
- wait 3-4 nights (it the weather is hot), or 5-6 nights (when it’s cold).
- before you cook the mixture again, make sure to add 0.5 Liter of water for every kg of rice (so 10 kg or rice, you need to add 5 liters).
