Note: The battery capacity test circuit ZB2L3 code is good quality, you should not compare it with the circuit with other codes with similar appearance which has a cheaper price.
- The circuit suitable for testing Li-on batteries such as 18650, 26650, phone battery, .... Can measure the battery block 2S 8.4V and 3S 12.6V
Function to display voltage, discharge current and battery capacity.
There are 3 joystick: OK, (+), (-) to adjust the battery discharge current level.
Power supply 4-6V via micro USB common or soldered on the circuit.
User manual:
- Fully charge the battery before testing to determine the true capacity of the battery
- Connect the pin to be tested to the (+), (-) (middle) inputs of the circuit.

PACKAGE INCLUDES: Circuit test battery, resistor + screws
* Note if reverse connection of the circuit will be damaged.
- Connect the load (battery discharge resistor) at 2 external ends with symbol R on the circuit.
- Connect Micro USB power (use phone charger to power) or can use other 5V source. Note: avoid reverse polarity will damage the circuit.
Discharge interrupt voltage will default to 3.0V. You can increase or decrease the desired interrupt voltage by pressing + or - on the circuit then pressing "OK" to start the test.
The circuit will display capacity (Ah), discharge current (A) and battery power (V) revolving.
- When the battery voltage reaches the set discharge shut-off voltage, the battery will disconnect and the capacity display (Ah) with a quick LED flashing indicates that the test has finished. Click "OK" for easier viewing.
Click "OK" again to start the new test.
* Error codes:
- Err1: Battery voltage greater than 15V
- Err2: The battery voltage is lower than the set discharge interrupt voltage
- Err3: The battery cannot withstand the discharge current
- Err4: Discharge current is greater than 3.1A
The product does not include a power supply.
