The MQ131 ozone gas sensor module is a compact board based on the MQ-131 sensor. It is equipped with a very wide range of ozone sensitivity, capable of detecting ozone concentrations up to (10-1000ppb) in ambient air. Tin dioxide (SnO2) is the sensor's sensitive material, has low conductivity (high resistance) in clean air environments, and responds very well in the presence of ozone. As a result, the sensor is very sensitive in the presence of ozone. The higher the ozone concentration, the better the conductivity. The board has a trimmer to set thresholds, status LEDs for analog and digital outputs (TTL), power and output signals. The digital outputs can be connected directly to a microcontroller. The voltage provided by the analog output (0-5 VDC) increases as the ozone concentration in the air increases.

For high gas concentrations. Regardless of whether the sensor is powered or not, if it is placed in a high concentration of gas for a long time, it will affect the sensor characteristics.
Long-term exposure to harsh environments. Regardless of whether the sensor is powered on or not, if it is exposed to unfavorable environments such as high humidity, high temperature, and high pollution for a long time, it will seriously affect the performance of the sensor.
Vibration continues. Vibration causes the sensor to direct the response downward, and then repeat. On shipping or assembly lines, pneumatic screwdrivers/ultrasonic welders can cause this vibration.
