- Whole flour T150 (grayish to brownish in color) is use-d for the production of wholemeal breads, bran breads, pie doughs and in the preparation of sauces and pastries.
- It can be use-d alone or in addition to more traditional flours.
- It gives a darker dough, which rises less quickly compared to another type of flour, and the breads formed will be denser.
