Đây không phải là lần đầu tiên Tiki giao sách ở tình trạng tệ thế này. Đã đành là mình đặt Tikinow nên hơi vội, nhưng mà để quyển sách như tình trạng rách quăn một cách thậm tệ thế này là không thể chấp nhận được.(Llaanf trước mình cũng có đặt 1 cuốn khác cũng bị quăn nặng) Trừ phi Tiki có cải thiện thì lần sau không mua ở Tiki nữa

Sách dơ và cũ, có dấu hiệu đã bị mở ra đọc. May là mình dùng bookcare, chứ bìa và sách lật ra là bụi dính đầy tay

Cuốn này có 2 bản bìa trắng và bìa đen, Tiki nên ghi rõ là bản màu nào. Nay mình vừa nhận sách xong thì ra màu trắng chứ không phải đen như hình mẫu.
