Module overview:

The Sipeed M0S module is an IOT module designed based on the BL616 chip, which is suitable for ultra-low power applications. It supports wireless protocols such as Wifi6, Bluetooth 5.2 and zigbee. The default maximum dominant frequency is 320MHz. The module's small package size and the chip's multiple low-power modes and multiple wake-up sources meet different low-power scenarios.

Matters needing attention:

Electrostatic protection: please avoid static electricity hitting PCBA； Please discharge the static electricity from your hands before contacting PCBA

Tolerance voltage: please do not let the actual working voltage of GPIO exceed the rated value, otherwise it will cause permanent damage to PCBA

Plug and unplug: Please plug and unplug after the power is completely off

Avoid short circuit: Please avoid any liquid and metal touching the bonding pad of the components on the PCBA during the power-on process, otherwise it will cause the circuit and burn the PCBA
