Q: Why it didn't work?

A: 1) Please make sure you had bought the right item for your Notebook/Laptop.

     2) Please make sure you had insert your micro sd card card in this card adater. Because this card adapter do not contain micro sd card. If you want the one with memory storage inside, you could buy our iSDA Series.

     3) If you had insert the micro sd card, it still didn't work, You could restart your Notebook/Laptop. If it still do not   work, please use the ordinary SD adapter and the same micro sd card to put in your Notebook/Laptop to see if it's your micro sd card problem. But if the same microsd card can work in the ordinary sd adapter, please feel free to contact us for customer aftersales service instead of giving us neutral feedback or negative feedback. Q: What's the Speed of this Card Adapter?

A: This just a Card adapter, the Speed is mainly depend on your Micro SD card. Please reference the Speed Test Report with 256GB Micro SD Card Before.
