Main features:
The ftion of the soft start board is to reduce the impulse at the moment of startup, so as to reduce the impact of the machine on the power grid and prolong the service life of the switch. This board uses high 40A pin relay and 4 thermistors to effectively protect the machine from excessive starting .
This board does not need auxiliary power supply and only has 2 terminals, one connected to power input (connected to switch control before) and one output connected to load. It is very convenient to use.
working principle:
At the initial stage of power on, power is supplied to the load through the thermistor with negative temperature coefficient to limit the at the moment of power on. As the temperature of the thermistor increases, the resistance decreases, and the load approaches the normal working state. After about 3 seconds, the relay is pulled in and the thermistor is short circuited. The power supply will directly supply power to the load through the relay contact, and the load enters the normal working state. Thus, it can effectively restrain the impact of surge on the line and other electrical appliances, avoid the impact of instantaneous large and prolong the service life of the load.
Note: the soft start board is only used to limit the starting and prevent impact. It will be powered on when starting. It is not a delay switch.
