Q1: Why can not I find the TR6 in my computer?
A: When you connect the TR6 to the USB port of your computer, the USB port of the computer simply serves as power for the TR6. So, the computer does not need to see it, you just connect the "transmitter" port to the PC with a 3.5mm AUX cable so that it works for the PC.

Q2: Why can not I find the TR6 in my bluetooth smartphone?
A: When using the TR6 to pair it with your phone, you must confirm
That the TR6 has been connected to a 5V DC power supply via the USB port and that the '' recepver '' port is connected to a speaker or a music player or not. if it has been properly connected, the correct light will come on and flash, so you can try to pair it with your phone again.

Q3: Why can not I pair my bluetooth earphone?
A: Please check that the left light of the TR6 is on or not. If not, please check:
1. If the power supply connection TR6 and DC 5 V is ok or not?
2. If the TR6 has been connected to your TV, PC or music player via the audio cable.

Q4: How to change between bluetooth transmitter and receiver mode.
A: There are 2 audio ports. the left on is audio input port, for the devices send the audio to the TR6 and the TR6 transmits it to your bluetooth bluetooth earphone / speaker via the bluetooth signal.
The correct port is an audio output port, the TR6 receives audio from your phone, Ipad, smart tablet, and then it will send them to your speaker or music player via the 3.5mm cable. they can not work at the same time, so when you want to change the mode, just change the connection port of the audio cable.

Q5: Why do I connect successfully, but does not have sound?
A: In receiver mode, you need to check that it has been connected to your speaker via the audio cable after pairing with your phone. In transmitter mode, please check that the audio cable has been connected to your PC or TV. Second, please check if the TV or PC is in silent mode.

Q6: Can I use for my wireless keyboard / mouse?
A: no support !! Our device can only be used as bluetooth receiver or bluetooth transmitter. Can not be used as WiFi / wireless adapter to connect with WiFi network and dose does not work with keyboard / mouse.

Q7: Can I use it to connect between phone and amplifier / wired speaker / car audio system, etc.
A: Yes, but you must confirm that your wired amplifier / speaker / car audio system has a 3.5mm audio output port.

Q8: Can I use it to connect between a bluetooth earphone / speaker and a TV / PC / tablet / CD / MP3 / MP4 player?
A: Yes. But you must use the 3.5mm cable plug in the 3.5mm AUX audio port of your TV / PC / tablet / CD / MP3 / MP4 player. Then connect with our device.

Q9: Why when I connect with the TR6, its noise or low sound?
A: Because you have used the USB power supply may not be suitable for TR6, you need to change another USB power supply and confirm that the USB power supply only supports 5V DC output, can not support 9V / 12 V or various outputs.
