Working principle:

Due to different thermal expansion coefficients, the degree of thermal expansion and cold contraction of both sides of bimetallic sheet is different when the temperature changes, so the bending degree changes at different temperatures.

When the temperature is higher than the expansion temperature of the bimetallic sheet, the bimetallic sheet contact position is deformed and disconnected, and the circuit is disconnected.

When the temperature is lower than the expansion temperature of the bimetallic sheet, the contact position of the bimetallic sheet returns to the original shape and is closed, and the circuit is closed.

The temperature controller is normally open and normally closed

Normally closed: after the temperature is set, the temperature controller is in the normally closed state. When the actual ambient temperature drops to or approaches the set temperature, load heating will be started. Generally, the temperature controller is in the normally closed state. When the actual ambient temperature is greater than the set temperature, the load is always in the shutdown state.

Normally open: when the temperature is set, the temperature controller is normally open. When the actual ambient temperature is greater than or close to the set temperature, the load heat dissipation will be started. Generally, the temperature controller is normally open. When the actual ambient temperature is lower than the set temperature, the load is always in the shutdown state
