Q1: How to calibrate the PH?

A1: Please note that:

1. please first put the ph powder in 250ml water and mix every solution completely with the water; 2.before or after each measurement, please clean the probe in clean water(distilled water); 3. before press CAL button, please stir the probe in the solution to let it contact fully the solution and wait till the value become stable; 4. and wait a few seonds to press after put the fingers on the CAL button;

Q2: How to calibrate TDS and EC?

A2: 1.Please apply the above note; 2. We suggest that you could just calibrate EC, you could buy 1413us/cm, 84us/cm and 12.88ms/cm calibration solution; 3.Please use the screw driver when the value is not near the calibrate value.

Q3: How often should I calibrate the PH and EC?

A3: Please calibrate for these condition: after 2~3 weeks of frequent use; the product has been laid for long time; the upmost accuracy is required;

Q4: How long the product can be used or should I replace the probe?

A4: We suggest after frequent use, to gurantee the probe maintain high accuracy, you could replace the probe after half a year, and replace the pen after a year of frequent use.
