■ INGREDIENTS:

Betel-leaf distilled water and yellow paracress

■ BENEFITS:

■ DIRECTIONS:

• Use in mouth-washing and teeth-brushing after eating and before bed (twice a day). Allow 10-15ml of gargle for each use. Dilute the liquid if the taste is too peppery for you.

• Gargle for about 3 minutes each time. Rinse with water if you wish.

• If you have a toothache, hold 10-15ml of gargles in your mouth for 5-7 minutes to alleviate pain.

• When you begin to experience a sore throat, hold 10-15ml of gargles for as long as you can handle 3-5 times a day to kill bacteria and prevent swelling in your throat.
