Ingredients: Active fermentative strains: L.bulgaricus, S.thermophilus and Maltodextrin
Probiotic yogurt is a probiotic fermented food that is very beneficial for health. Yogurt has the effect of strengthening the body's immune system, restoring weak functions.
3. Probiotic Yogurt Starter
Ingredients: Active fermentative strains: L. casei, B. longum, L. bulgaricus, S. thermophilus, L. acidophilus and skim milk.
The probiotic strains in Probiotic Yogurt can be used for children under 1 year old, mothers can make them during the weaning period. In addition, it contains a diarrhea-preventing enzyme strain to help restore the digestive tract of children when they have diarrhea.
How to make yogurt with Kefir Yeast and Probiotic yeast:
Prepare:
+ 1 pack of 3g made with 800-900ml of fresh milk or you can use nut milk, formula milk.
+ Sterilize jars and yoghurt-making tools thoroughly and let them cool. (If using pasteurized milk, there is no need to re-cook the milk.)
Perform:
Heat milk to 180F (82°C) or to boiling point. Cool to 95-99F (35-39°C). Dissolve one 3g sachet with a small amount of cooled milk in a cup. Then, pour in 1 liter and stir well, gently. Continue pouring milk into each jar (jars are steamed or sterilized hot water), cover. Then, you prepare warm water about 40-45 degrees Celsius, put the yogurt in a styrofoam box and then fill it with warm water 2/3 of the yogurt jar. Finally, cover the styrofoam container and incubate for 8-10 hours. In addition, you can incubate yogurt with a yogurt maker or a rice cooker with warn mode on, microwave...
