User manual:

Adults and children 12 years of age and older: 2 to 6 teaspoons (10 to 30 grams) daily.

Children 6 to under 12 years: 1 to 2 teaspoons (5 to 10 grams) daily.

Children under 6 years: consult a doctor.

Dissolve each dose above in 240ml of filtered water, can add lemon juice for easy drinking. Drink 1 time or split drink during the day.

Close the bag tightly after each use.

- Soak in a relaxing bath, detox, relieve aches and pains: Pour at least 2 cups of Epsom salt under warm shower water. Soak for 20 minutes and let the rich minerals absorb through the skin, helping to relieve aches and pains, leaving the body light and healthy. Can soak 1-2 times/week.
