About model selection:

The silicon controlled rectifier on the control board is 41A, which can only be used on a single microwave oven transformer. If double transformers are used, overcurrent damage will occur; The primary full load current is recommended to be less than 20A, and the maximum is not more than 25A;
If you want to use a dual transformer, its primary current is larger, and you need to use a 100A thyristor control board. It is recommended that the maximum primary current should not exceed 40A.

Be careful:
Generally, 41A thyristor can only be connected to one microwave oven transformer, about 700W-800W primary aluminum wire, and 900E copper is barely enough, sometimes damaged. It is recommended to replace 100A thyristor, and it is necessary to replace 100A thyristor when connecting two transformers. Other transformers with unknown parameters generally need 100A, which is safer.

A customer has been asking how much current can be used for spot welding at 40A? How much current can 100A supply? The shopkeeper replied that there was no direct relationship with the spot welding current, let alone understand that the spot welding current of 100A would be greater than that of 40A. SCR size is mainly selected according to transformer power. SCR can be understood as the air switch (circuit breaker, knife switch) at home is only responsible for switching, and the current of circuit breaker is determined by the load power. But it is not that changing a larger air switch will increase the power of the load!
For example, if 40A is replaced by 60A air switch, your 2 air conditioners will not become 3! But if there are more air conditioners or 5 horses, you must change the air switch!
For example, 40A can be connected to a 900W transformer (about 2000W at the moment of spot welding). If the secondary voltage is 2.5V, the instantaneous spot welding current can be 800A. If the secondary voltage is 5V, the instantaneous spot welding current is 400A. So there is no direct relationship between the size of SCR and the spot welding current. Of course, the general spot welding current is large, the power is also large, and the SCR needs to be correspondingly large.
