Yield: 7 round cakes 20cm

• Grease cake pan. Preheat oven at 180oC
• Put SUPPER-BUNG sponge cake mix, egg, water in a mixing bowl. Mix the mixture by a planetary mixer with high speed in 5 minutes (or hand mixer in 7 minutes) until the batter raised up in volume, well combined. Stop mixing
• Fold the cooking oil in the batter. stir well by hands (Cooking oil shouldn't be added during mixing by machine)
• Divide the batter evenly into each round pan.
• Bake at 180oC in 25 minutes.

NOTICE:

To enhance taste, butter or butter oil can be replace 50% cooking oil content.
