Quality is good for the price. Not too thick, nicely padded though would be warm in the winter. XL- shoulders are 54 cm, Chest 108 cm. Arm openings a little small also. If you have any muscle they will be too tight. For me just fits with a tight t-shirt on, but could not wear a thicker shirt underneath. Too tight for my arms. All in all fits like a Western Medium.
